This Friday is the eighth of our one-off nights at the Canterbury Arms, and this time it's a Belle & Sebastian disco called The Magic Of A Kind Word. Unlike our regular B&S specials which to date have been focussed on one particular album, this night will feature songs from across all of B&S's career, from Tigermilk right up to the new record. Our guest DJ is Chris from Offbeat, who'll be playing indiepop, riot grrl and more, and I'll be pitching in with the usual HDIF mix of indiepop and northern soul. Hurrah!
