I used to love wrestling when I was, erm, 9 years old... Still, it's pretty wacky entertainment so whatever floats your boat. Can't imagine young Chaz impressing girls with offers to take them to the wrestling though... Although I hate wrestling 'cos when I was a student living with 7 lads we only had one TV, which did have the full Sky package except pay per view stuff... Now, this was when FilmFour weren't free so I was waiting patiently for the next freeview to come on... It does and I almost shit myself with glee to find out they're showing Bicycle Thieves! Yes! For a film snob like me that's perfect viewing... So for the first time with living with 'em I was like "'Ere lads d'you mind if I watch this Italian film that's on Filmfour freeview tomorrow, they don't have it in the video shop and I'm dying to watch it" and they were like "Erm, fuck off, Wrestlemania's on tomorrow"... I mean fair play, 3 of 'em wanted to watch wrestling, 1 of me wanted a bit of cinematic enlightenment - democracy rules - BUT they're all 19 years old and they want to watch WRESTLING? I don't think I ever recovered from that incident... I think I sold out soon after...
