The first night is happening on 18th Feb. And we've got 3 amazing bands for you!
★ This Many Boyfriends ★
http://www.myspace.com/howmanyboyfriends
This Leeds quintet are signed to Sheffield indiepop hit factory Thee SPC. Their song ‘I Don't Like You ('Cos You Don't Like The Pastels)’ has been an indiepop disco floor filler since it came out earlier this year. Their live shows are often shambolic (and incredibly fun) where their top notch pop songs shine through. If you love Hefner, The Smiths or a good time, you’ll love This Many Boyfriends.
''This Many Boyfriends make raucous, shambolic indiepop that makes you bop around like it's 1986'' - PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER, 2010
★ The Give It Ups ★

Odd Box favourites return to play another set of addictive lo-fi indiepop. They're going to be part of the Odd Box Singles Club so come along and hear what all the fuzz is about. Like all the best bits of all the best bands packaged up as a shambling pop dream with hooks so large you can hang duffle coats on them! Everyone should love The Give It Ups. And they do:
"Cheery pop manoeuvres" - Kitten Painting
"Beat Happening having a fight with Huggy Bear in Mothercare" - Spiral Scratch
"The twee Pavement" - Ian from Horowitz
★ Lisa Bouvier ★ (from Stars In Coma)

Lisa is promising a stripped back electric performance. She recently relocated to London from her native Sweden. With an imminent release on the newly established Fika Recordings (A DIY cassette label) – Lisa is due to capture indiepop hearts with her infectious melodies - you should expect sparkly pop songs to warm your hearts in the chill of mid winter.
★ Guest DJ - Paul Richards - Scared To Dance ★
