Having tried to booked Taurpis Tula previously, we can finally confirm a show! This time with the added bonus of Alex Neilson (Bonnie Prince Billy, Alasdair Roberts, Scatter, Jandek) on percussion... this should be a very special show. Taurpis Tula also features Wire writer David Keenan and Heather Leigh who together run the prolific Volcanic Tongue mail order.
'Taurpis tula from glasgow, scotland is the duo of heather leigh x on petal steel/vocals and david leigh x on guitar, navigating rivers of steel string with their fists and throats. their all-improvised music works loops of spectral sound into beautifully fucked tonal hymns'.

Haeti
Cambridge's Haeti combine field recordings and experimental tonal explorations, framing folk song structures within drones and soundscapes which have a strong narrative or soundtrack feel. Haeti live combines acoustic instruments and objects from guitars to singing bowls, while a shifting array of guests contributing elements including cello and live digital processing.
