i hate new years eve. it's always so cataclysmically disappointing.

probably won't go to this as there's too many people from my past that tend to go. anyone know of any other rockin' NYE nights?

exactly! i want a shitty old man pub somewhere. isn't athat what new years is all about? aged relatives smoking endless lambert and butlers in the corner, cheese footballs, turkey sandwiches and sausage rolls.
that looks nice though. near me as well! was thinking it might be fun to just do a really low key thing somewhere. minimal effort and that. i'll let y'all know.

The monkey posse are heading off for 6 days in Slovenia for NYE and the aftermath.
Anybody who fancy's a last minute trip to somewhere cheap that knows how to celebrate it feel free to give me a PM. We leave 31st pm and come back 5th pm - 2 nights in Ljubljana drinking, 3 nights in Kranska Gora doing snow related stuff!
As I said, anybody who is interested give me a shout - though be warned, there's 13 of us going, and you'll probably be press ganged into helping us manhandle PGK into an air ambulance at some stage once he's tumbled down the side of a mountain in a drunken state!

Wow Monkey man! Personally, I hate new year. I spend it on my own with a glass of Baileys and the Wicker Man. It's just another day except everything is double fare, over priced, watered down blah de blah....
