BBC's got a prediction feature.

A quick go by me came up with

Winner: Brazil
2nd: Italy
3rd: Germany
4th: England

with Ivory Coast, France, Spain and Argentina losing in the quarters.

That Dutch group's a nightmare!

Going to go to (tickets permitting) but will at least be near to the stadium for the atmosphere

England v Sweden 20/6
Holland v Argentina 21/6
Japan v Brazil 22/6
England 2nd round v Poland (?) 25/6
France 2nd round v Ukraine (?) 26/6
England quarter final v Holland or Portugal (?) 1/7

Ticket prices are steep legitemately though, nosebleed seats are £23 (and you are very limited in the number of these you can apply for) then the other 3 categories are £67, £81 and £404.

It's amazing that German Football is quite cheap for tickets (£10 approx for Bayern games) and then they are hiked to oblivion for the World Cup.

£404 for a game of Football? Are you sure the tickets are not for Stamford Bridge?

England are now 6/1 second favourites behind Brazil to win the World Cup folowing the draw...

Second round will draw us against the qualifiers from Group A
Germany
Costa Rica
Poland
Ecuador

After that there' s too many variables involved to work out dates.

Saying that, we still need to get through the group stages first! :shock:
