I HAVE STOPPED THE CLOCK AND HERE'S WHY.

You may recall a few weeks ago that Milchman posted a thread that had my name in the subject. Someone jokingly suggested that they though I must have died because normally when a name appears in one of his posts that's why! So we had a bit of a laugh at that.

I wanted to test Milchman's reactions. Let me first be clear that death is no laughing matter and I wouldn't have done this for someone who died in tragic circumstances or was too young (not into his/her 70s yet basically).

A few weeks ago someone from a band no one knows died - of natural causes at a ripe old age. When I heard, I started the clock to see how long it would take Milchman to post an RIP thread - but for the first time ever he didn't bother!

I started the clock again after hearing Marty Thau had passed away. Still Milchman didn't play ball, only commenting when I posted an RIP thread.

So that was the idea of this thread. It was supposed to be over and done with in a couple of days but somehow got turned into a big thing and now everyone's massively disappointed. The only other person who knew what this thread was about was Cavey.

So that's the end of that - all an anticlimax in the end.
