*Drums fingers, waits.* the grauniad did a article on the clubs in the Premier League when Wenger arrived. Forest had had more managers than anyone than Southampton since then. Looks like we're about to pass them.

Given that if Davies id replaced it'll be cos he's a chippy little pragmatic footballing egotist who can't help but fall out with the clubs he's at, Warnock hardly strikes me as a great departure.

'Ere SPT just remembered something... Warnock is a former Sheffield United manager and a lifelong Blade. Don't Sheffield United and Forest have a pretty solid rivalry that dates back to the miners strike? What with the Sheffield miners going on strike and the Nottingham ones not...

Well if so then I'll enjoy a genuinely new life experience - thinking Neil Warnock has done the right thing.

Obviously Forest being a hopeless fucking shambles is fine, that's far from a new experience and I can work with it.

Bez 50/1 - cos let's face it, in a sane world he'd be shorter odds for Forest manager than becoming an MP.

It'll be the usual parade of the recently sacked and ex-players. Anyone decent will be wary, given the shenanigans of late. There's some reasonable names amongst the recently sacked, but it's difficult to get too engaged. Whatever, really, as long as they're focused on playing decent stuff. I'd love us to go up, but this probably isn't the squad for it, whoever's in charge.
