I've been trying to find songs with October in the lyrics. I challenge you to join me in pursuit of the elusive good tune featuring same*. An awkward bugger of a month yielding little so far.

Calendar Girl by Neil Sedaka has all the months of the year in it's backing vocals, but like my last suggestion isn't very good. If you're looking for good songs with October in the lyrics, I've not thought of anything.

Doesn't mention October specifically, but this is a great autumn song. It's definitely about the misery of October.
