I think the Tevez placard leaves a bad taste TBH. He achieved/won more underneath Sir Alex than he has anywhere else and should show a bit of respect for that. Sir Alex wanted to keep him but we couldn't afford the fee that his 'advisor' was asking as we're a club operating underneath a mammoth debt due to the huge Glazer cash withdrawals and crookery (we've had 500m taken out of our club in the time frame that City have had 1b flowed in).

His time playing under Sir Alex was a high for him and if he feels otherwise perhaps he should return the two PL winners medals and CL winners medal he has thanks to Manchester United...

And he's been just as (if not more) disrespectful to City and Mancini this season.

City fans are understandably on a giddy high atm, but before patting him on the back and sinking to his small time level should remember that Tevez has done a lot more to disrespect City and Mancini this season than Sir Alex has. In fact, I think Sir Alex and United and our fans have been really classy in accepting City's rise to being the best squad of players in the country.

The two goals QPR suddenly leaked upon learning of the Bolton result did raise many an eyebrow, but I for one feel that City deserved the league, so you just look ahead and relish the new challenge. It's exciting to have the 'David - Goliath' roles reversed almost overnight.

And, if I'm totally honest, I do feel that the more success City experience makes it more likely that the Glazer family will receive added pressure to remove their claws and fuck off. That's really the main focus for a lot of United fans - just being able to invest from the money we earn as a club. Being able to support our club without knowing that merch is just lining their pockets. Just to have what's fair and right for our great, great club.

Apologies if that riles the anti United contingent on here, but that's the way it is.
