Earlier this year, Wavves' Nathan Williams confirmed that he'll be making a collaborative record with Cloud Nothings. No release date has been given for the project, but Williams has taken to Twitter to make the following announcement when he was asked about an album:
"sticking with my promise. one in june. and one in august."
The Cloud Nothings hook-up wasn't mentioned, so unless either of the two forthcoming releases is the aformentioned collaboration, we may well have a trio of new Wavves LPs this year.
Ever the busy man, Williams also recently released an album with his side project Spirit Club which you can stream below.
In addition, Wavves will be heading out on an extensive US tour this autumn:
