For a while there we thought we'd seen the last of fuzzy '90s guitar band Superchunk, until they reappeared in 2010 with the album 'Majestic Shredding' and then followed up with 'I Hate Music' in 2013. Merge Records have announced that they'll be reissuing the band's treasured 1999 LP 'Come Pick Me Up' On July 10th. With eight bonus tracks on the digital version, you'll also have the choice of CD and vinyl, both with new liner notes from Chicago Reader’s Peter Margasak and Superchunk bass player Laura Ballance.
Here's the full tracklisting and a reminder of their scuzzy yet majestic sound.
