All good things must come to an end, and now that US talk show stalwart David Letterman is hanging up his mic, Tom Waits made his 10th and final appearance on the show, dedicating a brand new song to the departing host.

If you think "grizzled" is the kind of word that is overly used to describe Waits' sandpaper-coated throat, then 'Take One Last Look' may just have taken things to the next level. Check out the appearance below.
