Pocketbooks
Footsteps How Does It Feel To Be Loved?

Article written by Paul M - May 23, 2009

My word, how Pocketbooks have moved on from their somewhat insipid early days, now showboating, on this number at least, jaunty Northern Soul rhythms, brass and a tune good enough to shuffle along to. Of course it's not quite a Wigan Casino footstomper, so I don't suggest you talc down the kitchen lino just yet but it's a pleasant indiepop take and mighty enjoyable. The song is also the subject of a rather nice video too which you can check out here
