This is prime garage revival material from a band which includes ex-members of Thee Vicars. There’s something feral and snarling about ‘Walking Out’ that owes much to the sassy backchat of the Rolling Stones or the fuzzy malevolence of the Count Five. ‘Can’t Find My Way’ is much slower and anguished, a nostalgic Kinks-style track steeped in melancholy but delivered with passion and a devotion to that elemental 60s sound. Boss!
